Get ready to board on an intergalactic musical journey with « Exil vol.1 ». It is the first EP from the producer Dub Traveller, available for free download in April, 24th 2019 on Culture Dub Records! This is a personal and hybrid project combining Ethno Dub, Stepper and Electro, with a laptop and live instruments!

In a far galaxy, a soul had been forced to exile from his own native planet from the government in place because his music and his actions were too loud… On his spaceship, he travelled the universe looking for a planet that would accept him. « Exil vol.1 ». is about Dub Traveller’s arrival on the planet Earth: Will he find refuge with the humans?

After completing around twenty gigs all around France, Dub Traveller started to compose his first EP and is now ready to share with you his work.
« Exil vol.1 » is composed of 6 tunes with a large variety of sounds from all around the world: the power of Dub and the madness of Electro, with the natural desire to be close from the Earth integrating traditional music. This opus is a link between the modern world and the one from our deep roots.

“ I wanted to work on the symbiosis between the digital and the beauty of analog drums: the idea is to compose big lines of synth with a Juno or a Venom, and then to add an acoustic drums in most of the EP”.

This is the last production of Culture Dub Records and it is a big one! Dub Traveller delivers his first EP which is cosy and creative sharing with us an illustrated and personal vision of Dub music from nowadays. This is the 16th release of Culture Dub Records for free download, listen!
